When you enter a sovereign nation, you must request the permission of that nation prior to entry. Failure to do so is a violation of both the laws of that nation, and of international law.
In addition, to remain in the United States in breach of the law requires the commission of even more crimes. Some of these crimes are:
- Unauthorized work
- Identity theft
- Document fraud
- Document Counterfeiting
- If you bring your family along, you are also in violation of both US and international laws against the trafficking of human beings.
- Driving without a license/training
On top of this, through the sheer waves of humanity that are involved, many other crimes are facilitated and/or more easily hidden. These crimes include:
- International Drug Smuggling
- International Arms Smuggling
- International Trafficking of Humans for purposes of Slavery
- International Trafficking of Humans for purposes of Prostitution
- Pedophilia
- Sexual abuse of children
- Rape
- Murder
According to the Statistics provided by the US DOJ/FBI, more then 9000 Americans are killed every year by ILLEGAL immigrants. 4700 are the results of murder, 4300 are killed from illegal immigrants driving while intoxicated. More than 2900 American CHILDREN are sexually violated each year by illegal immigrants.
Also, more than 140,000 persons who are illegally inside of the United States are considered sexual predators.
Just for comparison....
The murder commission rate comparing illegal immigrants to legal residents results in 3.5% of our population (11 million) committing over 25% of all murders.
The majority of members of the gangs classified as the "Most Dangerous", such as MS13, the 18th Street Gang and many others, are illegal immigrants. In a report dated 2/21/07 in the LA Weekly, it talks about a little town of 1.2 square miles, located 10 miles outside of downtown LA. It talks about how Mexican drug cartels, the Mexican mafia, and gangs composed primarily of illegal immigrants were enforcing "south-of-the-border" politics on this town INSIDE the US.
How about the financial costs?
For 2005, Harris County (Houston) officials estimated their total cost for treating illegal immigrants in their hospitals was $128 million dollars. Of the 57,000+ illegal immigrants treated, over 84% were women, and almost all of these were pregnant and seeking prenatal/maternity care.
In an article dated 6/12/06, Parkland Hospital in Dallas reported that an estimated 70% of women giving birth there were illegal immigrants.
