Love's Mystique

I wondered if she understood love
That scared mist that stands high above
The farthest star
That's with you wherever you are
That glides o'er the winds of the waves
Whistles in the hollows of mountainous caves
Bathes in the splashes of great waterfalls
Listens to nature's moonlit calls
Seeps itself into secret places
Sees its reflection in all the races
Hides amongst the trees of the greenest forests
Confronts the walls of the greatest fortress
Takes its rest upon puffy snow white clouds
Wraps itself in celestial sounds
Would she
Could she
Understand love
