There maybe times you have a need,
No path to follow, no light to lead,
So give some help, right from the start,
Enclose the world within your heart.
Don't place no rules, or expect rewards,
Our false friends can be found in hordes,
Just be as kind, as you think fair,
You'll find that others have more to share.
No reasons why, no terms to make,
To give a friend a welcome break,
Just give your heart, don’t make a stand,
To give someone a helping hand.

Poetry: Lend a hand
by Hesty Lim
You don't look okay..
You don't look fine..
What I know is you are struggling to kick the pain away..
Deep inside you..
I heard
We carry a heavy load at times,
One that is hard to do on our own.
Being there to help someone through it,
Is great so
She took my hand
And wanted a bigger chunk,
More flesh and bone, the length
Right up to my elbow.
I gave it to her.
I lent her
Lend me your hand
With kindness some faith
Sometimes life's difficult
With those who just hate
In some devastation's
When
by Jenny Mostyn
When one walks off with indifference
Although they’ve passed a struggling woman/man
They’re ignoring the laws
