How to successfully build a great management team

A great managament team is not built in a single day.It requires a lot of patience,hard work,correct and timely decision making and yes good luck also to groom individuals to become a part of the management team that can be called "great".
The basic thing is the ability of the team leader to be a model and show others how to be a great manager in their individual capacity to form a team.If the leader has the confidence,courage and boldness to accept challanges,manage all issues amicably under all circumstances and during this process,train and motivate the team members to follow his approach and way of working of buliding a great management team,the goal is not impossible to achieve.


The leader has to develop the sense of responsibility in the individuals to do all tasks assigned to them by using all abilities and utilizing their full potentials for that.During this process there may be some mistakes committed and some delays occuerd in completing the assigned tasks,but its natural,so the laeder has to be patient.
The leader should possess a great convincing power to drive and motivate the individuals at times when things seem to be getting out of control.The method of intervening and correcting thing s at these type of situations would be very effective.
A great management team must have all individuals oriented in the right direction to achieve the set goal.Any issue on which there is a clash of ideas should be brought in front of the leader immediately so that this may not delay the process.The leader should try to resolve the issue so that every individual is in agreement with other and difference of opinion is finished accordingly to avoid delays.
A great management team is built with the leader and individuals all having a positive attitude who are ready to co-operate and co-ordinate with each other all the time.If any individual is showing negative attitude,the leader and the rest of the team should try to convince him or her to change the attatude otherwise it may have a negative impact on others resulting in a chaos.
