Absolutely not. There is no way to repair the damage that he has done to his reputation. While there is plenty of fodder here for the left to tinker with, Bush has alienated many of his own people by defying the prototypical small-government standard so cherished by the right. One might use the tag place on Hillary Clinton of being polarized, and accurately apply it to him.

Right now as I write this, Bush is writing another catastrophic chapter to his story by saying he will veto the bill voted on by the House to withdraw from Iraq within 3 months, even though he's aware that he does not have the funding to pay for the troops and their families.

He is trying to drive a wedge between him and the Dems, and trying to make the Dems look like the bad guys. The only problem with this is that the people in America spoke out against the war by eliminating the GOP stronghold in our last elections, and the Dems are trying to deliver on what they promised.

Without any shame or remorse, George Bush continues to defy the will of the people. When all is said and done, I believe he will go down as the worst President in the history of the United States, and will most likely be incriminated on a variety of criminal charges, stemming from illegal wire-taps and a myriad of other illegal dealings.
