Damn the pens that cannot think
and the cursor that sits
*and blinks*
the page unfilled is a curse and a bane, and proof of nothing ventured
or done.
Worse are the nights when the words don't stop; they spill and slide,
or else sputter and spin;
but I write on, with silent brain,
or one that won't stop screaming -
for those lines that escape take with them my baggage,
the lessons I've learned,
and the worries I farm.
