Angry Words?
You know I love you.
I know you love me.
Why is it so hard
For us to agree?
Sometimes you're right;
Sometimes you're left.
You get so mad; maybe forgetting,
I'm the one you love best.
Our love started so young.
Do you really think it's grown old?
It's hard to hold on to the warm times

Your blessing or curse?
Did you really mean

I'm not perfect, I know,
But I'm only half of the whole.
Can't you see your mean words
Cut straight through to my soul?
You know I'm no quitter,
And I'll struggle through.
For this love to stay precious, though,
You'll have to try, too.

IF WE COULD DO IT OVER
If we could do it over
start again anew
would your ring be on my finger
Would I still be loving you
