inside this man, this monster, this beast
lies evil
evil that weaves its dark arms
and chokes
life extinguished, the flickering flame
dies.

Poetry: The beast within
by Hanna Joseff
Rattling cages
A thunderous roar
Never let the beast out, they keep saying
The beast within, don't let it out
Letting it
Eyes of steel and heart of stone.
His wicked secrets his alone.
Although a sweet façade you’ll see.
The beast
inside this man, this monster, this beast
lies evil
evil that weaves its dark arms
and chokes
life extinguished, the flickering
The beast within.
The beast is within a man not filled,
a man not able to stand tall to oppositions,
a man weak in words,
by Mandy Moore
My Blood Thirsty Love

No matter what
Go through with it
I tilt my head
