It is a non-profit organization that is headed by an FBI special agent who is a 24 year FBI veteran. Members of the board of directors of this museum are law enforcement, state and local governments, and the media and judicial system. These people are the ones who have first-hand knowledge of organized crime. The museum is expected to cost around $42 million to complete the building.
