Looking beautiful isn't about just looking beautiful via the outside, it is about the inside too. If you are healthy and happy, you are beautiful. Below are tips on the best ways to look more beautiful than you already are.
Smile
Smiling instantly makes you look beautiful, try smiling as much as you can. It actually boosts your mood and is infectious. Even if you are feeling down, a smile may just be the cure.
Exercising
Exercising has numerous benefits including:
- relieving stress
- helping you sleep better
- losing weight
- keeping fit
- improving blood circulation
- improving skin condition
With the various benefits it has for your overall health, you should try exercising. If you have never exercised and are just getting started, try exercises such as walks and swimming which are easier than other exercises to ease into. In addition, walking is free and swimming is much cheaper than joining the gym, making it even easier for you to start exercising.
Water
Drinking 2 litres of water per day which is around 8 glasses does wonders for your health. It helps to flush toxins out of your body and dramatically increase the appearance of your skin. Solving skin problems internally really helps on the outside and your skin glow as a result.
Diet
Always try to eat healthily, this doesn’t mean cutting out every single piece of junk food out of your life, but means having it in moderation. It means eating a balanced diet that has minerals, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fibres, fats and water.
Natural Makeup
We all look better with a bit of makeup on, the best makeup is one that enhances your natural beauty. Use colours on your skin that are earth toned as this is really flattering, defining but with an extra twist.Here are the steps to beautifying makeup:
- apply tinted moisturiser applied to your entire face as a base
- use concealer to brighten your under eyes
- apply a black mascara to lengthen and define your eyes
- apply blush to the apples of your cheek to your cheekbones, make sure to apply a natural colour that is close to your natural blush. If you do not tend to blush, apply earthy tones that have a red tinge as this is extremely flattering.
- apply a lip stain to enhance your lip colour, go for any colour you choose to add a pop of colour to your face.
