Tips for healthy and young-looking skin

Who doesn't want beautiful skin? Those who have healthy skin follow the same basic priniciples to keep their skin youthful in appearance. Those in the know make sleep a priority; plenty of rest is important for skin to regenerate.
Second, hydration is crucial. Make sure to consume plenty of water daily, to help flush impurities and toxins from the skin. Moisturization is also important to keep skin soft and help soften wrinkles and laugh lines.
Exercise is also key to healthy skin. In addition to exercise, eating right is also important. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet, and be sure to include a multi-vitamin. One of the most important things you can do for your skin is to eat properly.
Finally, a regular skin care regimen can help keep your complexion youthful. In addition to cleansing, toning, and moisturizing, it is also important to exfoliate. Exfoliation helps to remove dead surface cells, allowing new cells to generate.
