Poetry: Christmas star

by David Brown

Created on: December 23, 2011

Oh Christmas Star
How Brightly You Shine.
Way up in the sky
You are Such a Great Find.

Oh Christmas Star
You Represent the Christ the Lord.
The Wise Men Came and gave Him gifts to store.

Oh Christmas Star
How Beautiful You are.
The Wise Men Came from afar.

Oh Christmas Star
You stand tall on top of trees
We sing Christmas Carols with fun and glee.

Oh Christmas Star
How we yearn for you again.
There is no doubt that you are right around the bend.

Oh Christmas Star
Rise again, so beautiful and bright.
We Christians will not give up at all and without a fight.

Oh Christmas Star
There are those who do not believe.
The Holy Bible is what is true and the Word of God.
This last one may not rhyme
But Oh Christmas Star
You are the Best!
