Poetry: Be enchanted

by C.M. Tucker

Created on: December 20, 2011

As gossamer wings descend

Into foggy winds,

Tendrils of skyward green

Twine and wend lazily.

Spread wings of a white dove

Sprout out of a forest of ambiguity

Like yellow flowers on broccoli.

Tiny glow lights seem

To blink here and there

Like twinkling stars

In a distant dream

Giving lightning storms

New birth

In a lost nebula.

I am enchanted

With my first love,

Earth.
