Take a chill pill, settle down,
For Christmas time is coming
You'll spend more than you bring in;
The thought is very numbing
'tis the time of so-called cheer
When not a soul relaxes
Take a week to meditate-
It's time to pay your taxes!

What will you do? What can you do?
The answer isn't hard:
Apply yourself, apply online,
And get a credit card
Max it out, just like the last
Now nothing could be neater!
Then pay Paul the sum you owe-
Right after robbing Peter!

But take a chill pill, man, relax!
It's just the fruits of labor
To go deeper into debt
And be just like your neighbor
So the future isn't bright
And finances are cloudy
The guy across the street is worse-
They've repossessed his Audi
