Out of the clear blue
I saw a gorgeous man
I focused on your face
The smile you wore radiated
the whole room and I
couldn't take my eyes off of you.
It seemed so perfect, everything
about you seemed right
I watched you as you visited
with people you knew
I bet you knew them all
as you seemed to be the
friendly one initiating the
conversation the whole while
You turned my way and began
to walk towards me
I loved everything about you
your smile, your strut,
your sophistication and your
pursuit of me was breathtaking.
Was it love or lust?
I liked you the moment
I saw you, but I liked you
even more as we talked
You made it clear that
it was I whom
you wanted to pursue
Caught up in romance
our eyes met
our lips met
Is it Lust or Love?
