Once God knows time and space, the respect him and fear from Him, his wisdom and power is the wisest course to take, not just to our day to day but also to our eternal life. There is one phrase contained in the book of proverbs in the Holy Bible that says: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom". The Bible claims that "God is love" but also reports that "God corrects those he loves." The fear of God is exactly the care that we are not out of the phrase: "Be ye also holy because I am holy."
I believe that a good way to prove that "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" is to describe how to live without the fear of God: The Bible claims: "Man's body is the temple of the Holy Ghost", this for people who truly seek to be Christian, making their lives as much as possible similar to the teachings of Christ for salvation and eternal life. But usually people bring inside of their bodies substances such as alcohol, excess of fat, and in severe cases, drugs. The long-term result of these habits can be incurable diseases in the body and beyond this the person who lives influenced by alcohol, for example, never enjoying a clear conscience and inner peace in their decisions and relationships.
The Bible also says that man shouldn't place excessive trust on his own understanding but he should trust in the Lord first and in His wisdom that the apostles says: Is primarily peaceful, conciliatory... But we see people over-valuing the intellect. Education is something right and necessary because a mature conscience is a requisite to understand and seek God through prayer and the throught his word. But in excess, like everything else in live, becomes harmful, and there are examples of people who fall into depression when, in the midst of so much knowledge about the world they cannot find the meaning of life, the goodness of the heart, neither the certainty of the eternity of the soul. What a loss!
Finally, the Bible claims that what is good for men is "Eat, drink and rejoices in the fruits of his work ... with the woman of his love in this vain existence". In other words, we seek to be involved in an endless of activities and interests in order to feel happy and fulfilled but the things that bring happiness are few and straightforward. Although the generations pass, the fundamental architecture of human nature remains the same. God has not yet changed that. There is a misconception that we can try everything in this life until we face the results when we feel frustrated and then we stopped and asked: What I'm really looking for in this life and God answers: my son, love and peace!
