Whether you have short curly hair, or long straight locks, there are times when you really need to know how to fight frizzy hair and win.  There are many factors that contribute to that wild, unruly frizz that everyone wants to avoid at all costs.  It could be rain, mist, heat, humidity, coloring agents, diet and overall health that bring about the frizzies, but they can be fought and overcome.  Given that so many potential causes exist, you would be forgiven for thinking that you need a great many different approaches to fight frizzy hair and win.  Not so, and here follow some simple steps and suggestions to help your hair look good, smooth, shining and healthy always.

3. Washing and Drying:  Well, if you really want to cut down the frizz, you should try NOT to wash your hair every single day.  Every other day is better because then you are not washing out the natural oils that help cut down on dryness and the resultant frizz.  Drying naturally is best, honestly it really is.  Think how the hot air and the static build-up accumulate to bring about a frizzy mass that needs to be smoothed down with more products and straighteners.  Ah, straighteners, the one piece of grooming equipment many women would give their back teeth for, would fight to hold onto.  But all is not lost, in the heat and
