The following is a great craft and desert for the kids at Easter. you will need the following:

semi-melted vanilla ice cream
crumbled cookies(must be white, such as vanilla)
sweetened coconut flakes
Green food dye
jelly beans

Get a small desert bowl. Fill 2/3 of the way with ice cream. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs to cover. In a separate bowl mix coconut with a few drops of food dye to turn the coconut green. Apply coconut flakes over cookies completely to resemble grass. Place 4 to 5 colorful jellybeans on top to simulate the eggs. Then dig in!
