They came to help
Bring meds and talk
And an insane belief
I would get better
In return I burned
I branded away the pain
Leaving scars I treat
Just like tattoos
With both pride and joy
Their looks of discomfort
Tells me everything
I needed to know
They like so many
Have no idea
And continue
To fly blind
Into madness

As time causes me such pain

Tracing the route of insanity

I'm mad I'm glad, I'm so sad
I'm off my rocker, totaly bonker
Can't believe that I didn't see
