Forbidden Ambrosia.
What do I see, smiling before me
- a girl in her youth
beautiful as the blooming roses
smiling like the cheerful daisies
with eyes filled with graceful lilies.
But there she stood; distance away
hands beyond my touch
and a heart beyond my grasp
and also a dream – beyond reality
of sweet and bitter taste, glass-like fantasy.
And here I am – secluded in the night
admiring her as she sleeps
unbeknownst of my presence
half-dreaming, with a forbidden longing
as I gaze, at the smile so eternal.
(And wishing a wish I doubt will be fulfilled;
that I could be more than just a silent wind
and be there to heal
and take away, those pain concealed
and be her joy – just as how I wished, she could be mine.)
Forbidden ambrosia.

THESTREETS OF TAIWAN
We stand out like white sheep,
stumbling along the crowded Taiwan streets,

Entrance by your deep desires.
Embarked on a complex quest of lust.
Driven by need, consumed by passion, and controlled

His fingerprints left on my skin,
His breath upon my neck,
And even though it's over now,
I still cannot forget
The way he touched
