So you think you are Mr. Lover boy or Ms. Lover girl while you are out on this date. However, you are scoring badly on presentation. When we are out on a date with someone new, most of us aim to put our best foot forward to impress our dates so we will get to go out with that great guy or girl again.  Many people fail in the area of getting someone to call them back for a second date.

You may be wondering what it is you are doing wrong, there are ten common mistakes men and women make in the dating world.  Once you take note of your mistakes you will be better at dating the next time you go out with someone interesting and exciting.

Being Cheap

There are some men who like to flaunt their money around and perhaps maybe even some women. But men mostly are the ones trying to impress a young lady with his money and there is nothing wrong with showing a women you can take care of her financially if needing to. Needless to say there are men who are cheap when they take a woman out.  A woman likes to feel special when she is out on a date with a guy, she does not want him to drive up to burgerland's drive thru for a kiddie meal and drink to split. Being cheap might scare this woman away.

Dressing provocative

This is a problem some women have when they are going out on a date, they take the term hot date as meaning dressing like a streetwalker thinking that she will look so hot that he will want a second date.  A man will not take you serious if you are dressing provocative, he will read between the lines and automatically assume that's all you want is sex and trust me that's all you'll get.

Revealing too much

Another big mistake people make while out on a date is when they continually talk too much about their past or their family life. You might not want to tell your date you used to shoot pigeons in your backyard for fun and to see how it felt to kill something. She might just be heavily involved with working with the animal rights people. Whatever you want to reveal to your first date should wait until you get to know them well enough and the both of you are comfortable with each other.

Not being yourself

There are times when we think we are not good enough, but when when go out on a date we should be very confident in who we are.  Many people make up false stories about themselves to make themselves seem interesting to their dates. Either they claim to be the manager when they are a cashier or a pilot when they are a flight attendant.
