Sky diving, hang-gliding, para-sailing
Bungee-jumping, snorkeling, scuba-diving
Blood pumping, adrenaline rushing
No end to adventure and fun!
Hanging out with friends
Pub-crawling, laughing, talking
Dancing half the night away
Sleep is a foreign word
Working four nights in a row
Brain-storming sessions, endless discussions
Developing plans and strategies
Only an hour or two for a break
Holidays and vacations
Backpacking, trekking, walking
Non-stop touring, shopping and eating
Hardly need any rest at all
There will come a time when
When I pine for days gone by
Yet I have to shake my head
And say ‘I am too old for this’
