You are stronger than you know
When you're feeling down
and find yourself begin to frown
Remember that your roots grow deep
within the earth's rich soil
For like the mighty oak

and is met with the storms ravaging winds
it's trunk is strong
though bent and twisted from storms severe
it's branches rise proudly to reach the heavens
So raise your arms
and twist about
lift up your voice and shout
I am a Mighty Oak
I am stronger than adversity
