In true honesty we look for it in your eyes
Seeking the truth, nothing but lies, the words that escape your mouth
Why can't you see the truth will set you free, only you believe this not to be
For in your heart your telling the truth
Don't you know your fooling yourself no one else
Because in my heart I know the truth
Direct and face forward your words are untrue
Nothing but the truth I ask of you
Never to hear the words spoken, it's you not me
When they believe you they are fooled so true
You can't fool me cause I know the truth
I am true to myself and no one else
That is where the whole truth lays
In my heart I know you can't tell me lies
I won't be fooled by you never no more
At least not today nor tomorrow or yesterday

Poetry: Nothing but the truth
If I can just speak truthfully, you're ruthlessly deceiving,
Sway perceptions of these youths, but your truths are self-defeating,
We often hold out for nothing but the truth,
but what is it we are hanging onto now?
Truth exists not to be searched for,
but
by Honey
In true honesty we look for it in your eyes
Seeking the truth, nothing but lies, the words that escape your mouth
Why can't
Tell me nothing but the truth. Give me nothing but the truth.
We all believed you were telling us what we needed to live
Poetry: Nothing but the truth
The truth hurts,
as well lies hurt more,
not saying anything hurts just as much.
Nothing
