Why not be honest,
It is easier than you think.
Why not be honorable,
The lies just make you blink.
What are you hiding there,
When you tell your lies?
Are you gaining gratitude?
As you ruin the family ties.
Is it really easier to do?
Lie, that is my friend,
Because what is so real and true,
Lies break truth will mend.

Poetry: Nothing but the truth
If I can just speak truthfully, you're ruthlessly deceiving,
Sway perceptions of these youths, but your truths are self-defeating,
We often hold out for nothing but the truth,
but what is it we are hanging onto now?
Truth exists not to be searched for,
but
by Honey
In true honesty we look for it in your eyes
Seeking the truth, nothing but lies, the words that escape your mouth
Why can't
Tell me nothing but the truth. Give me nothing but the truth.
We all believed you were telling us what we needed to live
Poetry: Nothing but the truth
The truth hurts,
as well lies hurt more,
not saying anything hurts just as much.
Nothing
