I heard somebody say once that if there were no healing power within us, nothing could be healed.
Is this right though? What is healing power, when the truth must forever be, that within God's oneness, nothing ever needs to be healed?
The truth about healing power is that it is your own focused pushing of love along channels of itself that allow different experiences to be experienced by you. When you finish or complete an experience, extra power could be said to be called in to shift you, or to heal you, and so you move onto the next part of your ongoing journey. This is really all about osmosis or change, and it is not really about healing anything at all. It is growing, not healing, that is really going on here.
The question being asked here in the title of this article, is if healing has got anything to do with a higher power, and so indirectly we can ask this question as well, is there a higher power?
Love is the highest power, and any other power is only a sub-channel of love.
Love can heal in the sense that it opens you up to its truths, and this will happen for you, just as much as you choose to consciously accept these truths, and so firstly you must see the real truth, and then secondly you must learn from it, in your experiences with love. All is about love. We are all on a spiritual journey taking us through God's love. We are building the consciousness to understand the truths previously only unconsciously known, and so practically building within ourselves some of the higher wisdom that God himself already knows.
What is healing? How did Jesus heal? What is the power of healing, and where does it really come from?
Healing is simply a reconnection to God. Any need of healing is caused by your distancing of yourself from God, and which in the Christian context is known as sin, or sinning.
The idea of healing then is to bring you closer again to God, or to heal you of your sin in distancing yourself from him. This is why Jesus could say that your sins are forgiven, and so you become closer to God, and full health is restored as you become one with God, once more again.
Healing is receiving the love of God directly into yourself just exactly as it is always being received at all times, but when a healer heals you, this love is then being sent out in a physically focused way, in its moving from one body to another body. The body in need of healing was blocking this same love from being received in their own body, in some way or another. Blocking
