Poetry: Thanks, but no thanks

by J.D. Kay

Created on: November 04, 2011

I don't need your help
I been fine on my own
I know what your intention is
So just leave me alone

You've helped me out before
How can I forget
I ended up on the floor
Filled with only regret

Don't bother trying
Or claiming morning glory
Don't bother crying
I know it's the same old story
