Quantity is very good for first time customers who may be in need of a certain product and  don't know any better when it comes to knowing what to look for, but if you want repeat customers then you need quality products that satisfy the needs of the customer. Buying a truckload of bad products is like enduring a lifetime of bad sex, you're never satisfied, so a real  successful business should understand that to bring in more business you need to deliver the type of goods and services that customers would love to spread a positive word about to others. Customers wont waste their time buying your product if your competition is selling a much better version, so don't shortchange your business as well as your customers by selling low quality products.

Selling quality products at a reasonable price is a blueprint for a successful business because it will keep the customer line moving and allow your company name to resonate deep into the minds of new and potential customers, which is always a great starting block or foundation for a young and growing business. Building a trust as well as a strong bond with your customers comes from them knowing they can rely on you to take care of them when they really need you, and  receive the type of quality service that they can only dream of.

As a rational thinking human being, a person would not settle for less quality unless finances forced him or her to do so, which means if you have your prices close enough to the average while still producing the highest quality, then business will soar, and customers will flock in your direction. The price of auto repairs can be extremely taxing, so when buying a car, quality and stability are the first things that are usually looked at as the selling point that sways a customer into the position of buying. A home is suppose to be a safe haven, a place of relaxation that can be relied upon at all times, so when buying a home, the quality of the look, the space, and how well the house holds up goes a long way with getting that house sold.

Being well groomed in the world of sales since a young boy, I have a firm understanding of what the quality of a product does to bring in repeat customers, and what less quality products do to repel customers. It is essential to any business to keep quality as their main selling point, because great quality products are the difference between a business floundering or flourishing.
