THE ANNA NICOLE DEBACLE

A beautiful woman, a mother, a widow of J. Howard Marshall III, a playboy playmate, an actress; gone at the age of 39 on February 8, 2007 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Miami Florida. Why, no one knows until coroner Joshua Perper, Chief Medical Examiner, finishes his investigation.

But this is what I do know: Larry Birkhead (supposed ex-boyfriend), Virgie Arthur (supposed loving mother and grand mother), and Debra Opri (Attorney for Larry Birkhead) are all in cahoots with one another; fighting for custody rights of a baby and the body of a deceased woman. Why?....$400 million dollars, that is how much Anna Nicole Smith would be worth if and when her case for her late husbands estate is resolved in her favor.

In one corner you have these three characters who should win an academy award for their acting. In the other corner you have Howard K. Stern who was the long time companion of Anna Nicole Smith, and also her attorney, and possible father of her baby daughter.

Anna Nicole Smith lost her son Daniel to Methadone in the Bahamas in September 2006. Anna Nicole Smith had taken up residence in the Bahamas prior to the birth of her daughter Dannilynn Hope. Daniel had flown to the Bahamas to be with his mother, and to see his new baby sister. Between his depression on a breakup in a relationship, and his fear of flying, his heart couldn't handle the methadone.

After the death of Anna Nicole's son, Larry Birkhead began to lay claim to the new baby daughter of Anna Nicole Smith. Larry Birkhead, the 34 year old wannabe, and personal photographer for Anna Nicole Smith, who spends a great deal of his time attending red carpet events; trying to be in front of the camera's, waiting and hoping for a break into the world of acting.

Larry Birkhead claimed he had a relationship with Anna Nicole Smith. He supplied pictures of them that were taken at red carpet events by other photographers, and by Howard K. Stern. He also supplied a video filmed at Anna Nicole's residence by Howard K. Stern, this video shows nothing intimate.

Larry Birkhead also made other claims like:

1. Being present with Anna Nicole Smith during a sonogram, but never provided the name of the Doctor who administered the sonogram. This doctor can verify the claims he has made.

2. E-mails sent to Larry Birkhead by Anna Nicole Smith supposedly claiming him as the father, and also denying that she had a relationship with him. He never provided this proof. Why? He is fighting for custody for a baby he
