I personally would say that my role-model is my older sister. Throughout the years she has taught me so much. She accomplished something that many would not, leadership. Being brought up around a lot of negativity, pressure, and just plain foolishness that she should not have had to, she came out to be an independent person even as a senior in high school.
I thank God that I have her in my life. Even when she gets on my last nerves I still love her. My older sister has instilled in me many mistakes that can very-well be avoided; from her personal experiences. She is the reason I am able to get through a lot; the reason why I refuse to give up on my life and security. What I look up to the most is that she knows that she's done wrong, things that she sometimes regret; but still out of the kindness of her heart she allows me to appreciate greatly that she is always there to help me to determine what is best. She has given me the gift to know honor, courage as well as respect.
