Drawings are all over the body.
Objects are that define emotions.
Abstracts are simply the wondrous feelings.
Then, there are words.
The voices of many:-
Emotions,
Expressions,
Opinions,
Characters,
Personality,
and a true self.
Tattoos…
Oh yes, they have a name.
What could be more amazing than permanent drawings on the skin?
They are the flesh and blood indeed,
carrying the unheard voice,
following the path of gold.
Tattoos…
…being the voice of many.
They are simply the souls of wild:-
Silence upon the shell,
yet loud within.

Look at my body
Its artwork
Tells a story
The story of my life
And is it ever a great tale

The Inked Patrons at the Local Restaurant
Blue dolphins swim south
On an aged and withered arm.
The ancient lady so prim

Ink of black
Badge of darkness
Pain my flesh
Needles of ruin
Fall in deep
The hole is filled
I am one
Tattoo of black
