Such creepy shadows behold no light.
Ancient mysteries held in the night.
They thrive on flesh catching you unaware,
No thoughts, no memories, only a distant vacant stare
Such rotting odor; the putrid smell of death
Once invading your nostrils it steals your breath.
And they come, and they come, and they come some more,
They will not stop and blood will pour.
Angry souls awoke from their deadly sleep,
Skeletal fingers grabbing flesh of their new soul to keep.
They pulled this way and that tearing you apart,
Till their jagged teeth grab hold and rip out your heart.
An agonizing scream erupts, but you will never survive.
Without your heart you cannot remain alive.
And with your last thought you pray, what more can you do?
Its much to late; in a matter of minutes you become one too.
The dawns new day wakes up this once sleepy town,
But on the streets death and destruction abound.
Thousands of undead searching for innocent prey,
And still they come. more and more each day.

The walking dead, they thrive on flesh,
They walk the streets, the mist showed no breath,
Chewing an arm that belonged

The zombies can't come yet.
I haven't finished my book yet.
I haven't met Henry Rollins yet.
The flesheaters are gonna have
I will eat your flesh
Let you lay rotten
Leave you for dead
Leave you forgotten

Before the gray glow of his Mac,
my roommate tries to type
one... tap... at ... a ... time.
He stares at the cold
