Don't be afraid to cry
When life gets to be
More than you think you can handle.
Don't let fear petrify you
Or prevent you from weeping
When joy overwhelms your heart.
We all get frightened sometimes,
And it's not a sign of weakness
To weep at a tragedy.
It shows more strength
To acknowledge those turbulent feelings
Than to bury them deep within.
Own your emotions
And let them run their course.
Don't be afraid to cry.

Poetry: Don't be afraid to cry
by Ryan Hart
You are such a good person,
your heart beats so strong.
You maintain the warmth of your smile,
even when everything may go
by Moeze Lalji
Life has a habit
Of bursting
Our pipes of feelings
So let it pour out
It will also heal
By itself
That seems to be
The magic of
All my life I've been told not to cry
it is unfitting behavior for a man
but the things that I have seen have broken my heart
by Sid de Knees
If you should stand six feet above,
your friend in their wood suit,
or you have found unhappiness,
in all of your pursuit,
Don't
Life can be sad
So don't be afraid to cry
It is not weakness
Crying takes the pain away
Hot tears like big rain drops
That fall
