Life and death, the beginning and end,
so grateful for this gift, I am for my breath.
Life is a mystery how we came to be here,
but so special it is, we don't want to think of death.
In the interim we make the best of this gift
and work hard to be good not bad, yes we do.
If peace is to prevail there must be no rift,
so give of yourself and freely we flew.....
....like birds of one feather, always together
protecting our life force with humility,
flying free through all sorts of weather,
our mission reflects our ability.
Life and death, health in between, is a must,
for without this it's hard to battle disease,
so it must be in God that we trust,
for life then may take on some ease.

I have desired life all my given years
As I sat next to death on a ringside seat;
Watched the players, one by one, disappear

Heaven's Door
He walked up to this Heaven's
During his journey he paused to give thought
He’d travelled so far and needed a rest
He thought of the good times

The Journey
Rising seven springs unite, bringing life to see
Meanders caressing banks his nooks and crannies
Gliding over familiar

How faint the line which now divides
A person's life and death;
No louder than a heartbeat's song
Or deeper than a breath.
