Happiness is an individual disposition which is dependent on individuals or people’s habits and way of life. In other words, there are many (more than five) habits that a particular group of people indulge in on a regular basis in order to become very happy.
All the same, here are five habits of very happy people; top five habits that are common to almost every happy individual, both young and old.
1. They make themselves happy
Happy people know that they are most responsible for their own happiness and do everything needed to ensure their happiness. They put their skills and special talents to use to earn a living for themselves so as to reduce the likelihood of them being destitute, depressed and unhappy out of poverty and self pity.
Happy people also smile a lot, laugh with friends and loved ones and may even write out little notes to loved ones and think about them while they rush to work. They do everything needed to make themselves happy—spending time with their loved ones, not letting their work prevent them from indulging in physical exercises to stay healthy and pursuing activities that make them very happy.
2. They make others happy
Happy people are not only concerned about their own happiness; they also care for others and desire to see them happy. And because of such a concern, they’ll make time to spend with someone who’s in a tight spot, offer words of encouragement to others and help some people to attain life goals that’ll make them very happy.
When happy people put such habits into practice, their brains release certain chemicals that make them happy and also work to maintain their happiness. Happy people become happier when they make others happy.
3. They think, speak and act positively
Happy people believe in the law of attraction (which seeks to link positive thinking to positive results in individual lives and endeavors) and thus, think, speak and act positively. They worry less and always think positively—keeping all negative thoughts out of their mind to protect their cheerful dispositions.
They also use affirmations and act on them to keep themselves positive and happy. Affirmatives may be something like, “I know I’ll have great day,” spoken by someone, once such a person gets out of bed in the morning or “I’ll be rich before I turn 40,” by someone who’s always working hard to attain his or her goals and objectives; goals and objectives that’ll
