Winx! A Cat's Perspective
I hear the footsteps, not of one but of two. I hate the fact that she keeps company with you!
You walk into my home, and scream out my name. Fighting with a cat, you must be insane!
I hold no threat, to you or any other. I'm just protective, over the home of my mother.
It's nothing personal, unlike with you. You hate me for reasons, I haven't a clue!
So jealous of the fact, I'm on her bed every night. You would be too, If you didn't always fight.
She loves you in ways, that make me blush. Sometimes. I wish I were made of plush.
You call me a pervert and say I stare. It's just that I'm shocked, she let's you go there!
You have liberties, which she never expressed. She dances and lets you watch her get undressed.
Intense feelings, of love and passion. For her, you create a whole new fashion.
Her eyes speak volumes. Her actions confused. I've never seen her, so easily amused!
It's great what you've done, but just leave me alone! The bone to pick, is your own.
To behave disrespectfully, you're in the wrong place. Just call it a day and drop out of the race!
She has other suitors, more friendly than you. It's like riding a bike, she knows what to do.
Men are men, human or feline. It's nature, by design.
The only differences between you and I, is that I'm not a guy.
My owner waits on me, all my needs met. I love being someone's pet!
I lounge around in the sunlight, not a care in my mind. My life is privileged, and obviously very kind.
I have toys, that reach the ceiling and food that overflows. A life without hardship, as the story goes.
I'm pampered beyond compare to all, it's just a beautiful thing. Purring so loudly, it's almost as if I sing.
We cuddle up and she caresses my soul. Things like this, make me whole.
Again, though, it's about you, not me. I'm very much loved by her, as you can see.
So don't out wear your welcome, or overstep your bounds.
If she thinks you may hurt me, she throw you out like the other clowns.
Beware of my words, for they ring true. I've seen it done before.
As quickly as you've entered, she'll throw you out the door! Meow!

Do you ever dream in color, oh isn't it nice,
do you ever have the same dream, not once but twice.
Ever had a dream, that's
Languishing between two distinctly different worlds.
Where fragments of fantasy and reality routinely twirl.

I believe
I'm deceived

it's not fair
that my vision is untrue

Are the flowers of plastic
You kept on showing me
The richness of your empire
Bursting the bubbles of your limits
What say you we embark on an adventure,
Neglecting the confines of time and space?
Maybe we can find a more appropriate
