Finding truth

Truth...

Look all around you, but I mean really see...
The little things we take for granted and maybe even annoy us hold truths.

Look past the traffic jam your sitting in and look at the sky.

Look past the crowded line your standing in and look at each persons eyes look into their souls.

Go to the edge of the ocean and just stare out into the vastness.

Walk outside at night try to see all of the stars and their glory.

Take a walk in nature and just listen, don't say a word just listen.

Listen to your own breathe and the rhythms of it.

This is truth, the very essence of it.

For every new born there is someone passing on...and vice versa.

The cycle of life is constantly in motion, changing and growing, this is truth.
We "must" change and grow, we get so caught up in our small little world of the day to day the stresses the work, whatever it may be that we miss it ...

Even the dead leaf you rake up in the yard has had a life.
It has experienced a beginning and an end and will now move on to
become soil for new growth.

We miss Truth it passes us by we do not see it, we do not grow...

Next time your awake look for it, look everywhere and in everyone and soon enough you will find it.
