This is a wonderful recipe that is very enjoyable for those who like lime flavored foods. You can actually add 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro to this meal for a really nice added flavor. I serve this usually with a side of buttered white rice and carrots.

What you will need:

5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Limes
4 Garlic cloves crushed
1/2 Cup sliced white onion
2 Tsp butter or margarine
1/8 Tsp Garlic salt
1/8 Tsp Lemon Pepper seasoning salt
Dash Onion Powder
Dash Celery Seed
Dash Cajun spice
Dash Black Pepper

Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Place chicken in a 13x9 baking dish
2. Cut 3 lime in half and squeeze juice on the chicken
3. Add spices, fresh garlic, onions, and butter
4. Slice remaining lime into thin slices and place on top chicken unsqueezed
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done
