Your man is not interested in you if he refuses to have sex with you. When he starts making up excuses for not wanting to make love (too tired, headache, etc), then he's starting to drift away from the relationship. Sex is the most basic form of intimacy, and is the only way a couple can stay together, so it is usually a safe gauge as to whether or not you know your man is interested in you.

Also when you think that your man does not make any effort to spend quality time with you (by taking you out to dinner dates, movies, shopping, coffees, etc), then this is another sign that he's not that into you.

The best way is to talk to him and let him express his feelings. After all, this is only fair. You wouldn't want to be in a relationship where it is only a one-sided game. He should let you know how he feels. Communication is always the best thing to happen in any kind of relationship (parent/child, employer/employee, friends and husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend). So pick an appropriate time to have this 'chat' and don't make it sound like you're prodding him into answering things he doesn't want to share. Make it a nice chat where no one is pressured to say anything. Good luck!
