People are granted rights by the Declaration of Independence. These rights are inalienable and constitutional for an increasing body of people who constitute masses who are obligated to follow this witnessed document of independence.

There are many kinds of rights that are attributable to consumer protections and these protections are granted according to commercial product applications by innumerable businesses. The rights granted to people whom hold these businesses accountable for the quality and of assurances that this product will perform accordingly and without causing personal harm to oneself through its’ intended and instructed use.

Rights are assigned and written into a professionally drafted constituency to assure and ensure people that they are not without remedies.

Responsibility is closely tantamount to rights, but, it is rather the response to contesting the value of one's stated rights. One's rights are the bylaws which all people are given and expected to honestly interpret as intended without falsely blaming his provider. It is a person’s responsibility to carefully follow instructions without causing trouble. Just being a wise guy by trying to undermine the expertise of his product supplier is costly. It would be irresponsible to purposely belabor and confuse the responsible party just to create chaos, he would most likely apply punitive expense towards public purchases. Responsibility requires that people perform either as an end user or attend to acknowledging purposeful and intentional sourcing to provide optimum performance for a presumed safely purported design.

Responsibility requires that one attend to a series of activities that are within his charge. Responsibility is compensated for with monetary reward; the duties which one must perform require him to meet a standard of accuracy so that he can be entrusted to maintain the integrity of doing the series of tasks. It is enabling when it is assigned to a person whom is to represent the ethics of his agency. The agency has guidelines of its responsible parties which must be followed specifically to empower its own itinerary of  rights and regard so that its purpose of existence is identified. That which does not meet its guidance particulars must be researched and corrected so it may consider its members responsible.

Rights are given to the natural public as a privilege which can be revoked for a duration assigned by the court, if there is cause to create reason among the rights provided to an individual such that they will be penalized by the adjudication process through representation of the facts or preponderance of evidence so that these rights which have been corrupted through malpractice and undermined interpretation of laws ensuring rights through a public corrections institution or jail. One’s rights are abbreviated in this facility and tabled for a period of incarceration or supervised probationary reintroduction to his society.
