I think it's fair to say that it is man that invented religion.
If it were truly god that had invented religion, then surely he/she would have been powerful enough to make sure that they were the one true source that is looked up to. There are so many different religions, each with their own immortal being, that finds the fact ridiculous that other "gods" exist.
And with every religion comes different un-realistic rules.
Such as Jewish faith, that has so many that I'm unfortunately ignorant to them. I just find the idea of not working on a Friday a little medieval in this day and age.
Some more strengths that man created religion is the new "Jedi" temple that recently came about.
Praying to the rules of the story of Star Wars, the 390,000+ strong members in the UK stand their ground of this new faith.
Religion is taken very seriously to those that follow it, and the rules strongly forced.
Company bosses are forced in many ways to back down on their own set rules and regulations for fear that a man give the company a hatred view if they don't allow him to wear his turban or rules on safety go out the window because a woman can't wear a cross.
So with all this in mind, perhaps i should start my own religion with it's own rules on life... who's up for having the whole weekend off?

Did God invent religion?
Well...religion is what I stay away from the most. Reason, too many peoples have killed and been killed over such subjects.
In a universe created and ruled, it is believed, solely by God, there is no need for religion-for God is the only reality
The answer to this question is an emphatic NO! God did not invent any religion. He did not need a religion to make creation
God did not invent religion and God did not invent the church. He has no need for either one.
