If God were a poet
a fellow right brained scribe
one seeking to express himself
through writing to describe
from passion deep within
a heart so full of love
genesis of inspiration
shines sunlight from above
if light were his blank page
and words so freely flow
like clearest water in a stream
united they bestow
endless inspiration
the genius of prose displayed
message in creation
successfully conveyed
If God were a poet
all of Nature his greatest work
