With all the trials and tribulations life offers us, we can easily fall into a feeling of depression, and dejection when life becomes difficult. The world is filled with pain and hardship, but, it is also a place of great beauty, happiness, and love. Our world will offer us the opportunity to grow, and enjoy the wonderful life we are given. We should feel blessed that we have been placed on earth for purpose, and we can easily make the world a better place by our existence.
Our overall mood will cause us to be happy or, sad. We will seek out situations that make us content, loved, and accepted. We bond with others to help us understand ourselves better. We seek out those who make us feel good about who we are, and can share with us the many facets life will give us. People will generally surround themselves with positivity, and shy away from the negativity that can be present. Our friends will aid us when we are down, but, also share with us the wonderful happy moments that make life worthwhile.
As diverse as we are, our likes, and dislikes will be diverse as well. Some people enjoy being world travellers, while others will be content being close to their home base surrounded by familiarity, and security. Each individual will determine what suits them best, and in obtaining this mindset will ultimately cause each one to be happy with their own life choices. Knowing oneself is the first thing we as individuals should strive for. This concept will help us obtain our own happiness.
There are many situations that do occur that may be beyond our control. But, enjoying the life we have will make the journey that much more productive and happy. We should not lament on what once was, but, instead move forward with vigor, and zest. Loss is part of life. It will always make us sad, But we must inevidibly accept and regroup to get back to a happy place of existence.
Having faith in God will in turn cause a sense of contentment when confronting everyday situations. A feeling we are not alone in a crisis can very easily create an atmosphere of security that will set the stage for happiness to enter the picture. The sense of emptiness will be replaced with hope, and reassurance that peace will be felt as we live our lives. Everything will not always go smoothly, but with hope, and faith our mind set will be balanced and happiness will find a way in.
Life is a wonderful journey that has ups, and downs. A gift that gives us opportunity, growth, peace, fear, pain, loss love, and happiness. We should embrace our lives with a balance of intellect, and emotion knowing that we can be happy and will benefit from the positivity the happiness will offer us. We should live a happy life for our own good. We owe it to ourselves, and for those who cross our paths.
