Recipes: Easy baked macaroni and cheese

I make this macaroni and cheese because it is easy and very tasteful. No one will even notice that you have used boxed macaroni and cheese.

What you will need:

1 14 oz box Kraft four cheese macaroni and cheese (not powdered but with sauce packet instead)
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup of dried breadcrumb preferably Vigo
1 1/2 oz Velveeta pepper jack processed cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mexican pepper jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Process:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a boiling pot bring water to a boil adding 1 tsp of vegetable oil and a dash of salt. Add macaroni noodles and cook until done. Strain and return macaroni to pot. Mix cheese packet, Velveeta cheese, and 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese and stir well until cheese is melted. Transfer to glass baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and serve.
