Poetry: A shoulder to cry on

by Zachariah Langley

Created on: July 28, 2011

When I leave this place, please don't cry for me

But shed one tear for yourself, friends, and family

I can only help you now through memories and past

So don't sob on my passing, I am finally free at last!

Free to roam all about, and the sweetest thing of all

I'll be with my Father, Sister, and Brother's who had gone

And now I'm among them, and so many more

Who now exist on this beach, what a beautiful shore!

So don't keep yourself from listening to a song or some movie

That our energy and laughs attached to

Horror movies, action, and funny

I'm still right with you, in your heart and in your mind

And someday we'll meet up again, but only in It's time...
