Following are 10 weird and bizarre ways people were fired:

The Racial Slur

Working for a well-established travel agency can have many benefits.  The travel department staffers were high spirited booking trips for clients of every nationality from around the world.  The Italian-American manager of the department was a nervous wreck, easily excited.  When an employee spoke to her, she would become fidgety, moving papers and other desk top items around during conversations.
