Outside In
I am frazzled
So I know what I need to do
Deftly stepping into the aural oasis
Headphones on
I am swimming in melodious liquid
Diving into the sea of notes
Classical when I am feeling this way
For some reason it is the most
Relaxing
Funny how it envelops me
Suspending my worries
As if floating in the Salton Sea
Quite distant from the Sea of Woe
Within which I oftimes struggle
And flail about
Unsuccessful in my cries for help
Whoever thought up this idea of music
Was a genius
