Do you have a song in your heart?

The Most Wonderful Song!

Have you heard it? It is brand new, with a melody like no other song! Absolutely wonderful!

Some years ago I fell into a deep sleep—do you know the kind? Very peaceful and restful. And I heard this wonderful and new song. The melody was fascinating, refreshing, joyful and invigorating!

"Wake up" was coming—oh no! Will I forget this wonderful song when sub-conscious awareness is transformed into the conscious-awareness? I tried to remember the melody as the "deep sleep" was departing.

Upon awaking ... I couldn't remember it—exactly. I only knew that I had heard the Most Wonderful Song!

Do you remember "The Song of Moses"? It is mentioned in the Bible in several places.

The ancient Israelites had been slaves in Egypt. When they were delivered from the cruel slavery, they were elated! They were very glad and thankful, as was Moses. And they sang the Song of Moses, as is explained in Exodus, chapter 15.

But "The Song of Moses" transcends time. There is a spiritual or symbolic application that applies to us today.

The Song of Moses is condensed in Revelation 15, vv.3-4:

"Great and marvelous are Your works,
Lord God Almighty!
Just and true are Your ways,
O King of the saints!
Who will not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name?
For You alone are holy.
For all nations shall come and worship before You,
For Your judgments have been manifested."

Revelation 5:9 and 14:3 mentions a "new song" that should be considered. Can we understand?

Some religious leaders have made man-made doctrines of these symbolic terms (saying that only a few are chosen and special). Calvinism is one of them, and there are plenty of variations that limit the Love and mercy of God Most High. They limit the extended Arm of God, who knows all things, and has a deep and abiding care for ... all of us, His children.

Many of us have become lukewarm and lackadaisical in our trek through our short, physical existence. We compromise the "verity" we understand—and are in jeopardy of "missing out" on this wonderful opportunity given.

What to do? The clarion call upon this world is significant, it is all around! And yet, still, "The Most Wonderful Song" has not diminished, it is "there," it is here, it is available - and it is viable/Life-Giving!

Yes, it is time for "you" (all of us) to hear—and sing—the Most Wonderful Song! Yes!
