That Was Awesome
Trickling through the large mountain stone
Hither to and from, the stream’s tone
Awesome in its buoyant playful display
Together with trees takes my breath away.
Weeping sounds from the high wind dancing with leaves
Acrobatic ambiance echoes in wreaths
Sunlight streaming through to reflect with ease
Amber of red, yellow, and blue to tease
Winter’s chill from the air escaping
Evergreens with ice cycles draping
Springtime from limbs off long needles attached
Over hardened soil to juggle and catch
More particles changing colors again
Enticing roots of foliage to begin
That was awesome!
