Here are a few pointers to help you sleep better!:-
avoid food containing cafeine such as -coffee, tea, chocolate and coke.
Avoid tossing and turning if you cant sleep, rather get up at least every 20 minutes of being unable to sleep, even to walk to the bathroom and back and try to sleep again.
Stop work two hours before bedtime this give your body time to wind down.
Make sure you get enough bright light during the day as to wake yourself up and sleep better at night.
If there are things on your mind write them down on a piece of paper so to remove the load off your thoughts.
Get enough exercise during the day to tire out your body. but avoid exercise two hours before you go to bed!
Think yourself tired. about half an hour before you go to sleep act tired and your body will catch the signal!
